Growth Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the growth of Ondo asset adoption among new partners, chains, and regions, pinpointing the most effective areas for Ondo's expansion.

• Create and implement collaborative campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining users, taking charge of campaign strategy, creative direction, and post-campaign evaluation to ensure measurable success.

• Assess partner performance through on-chain and campaign data to help refine strategies and enhance ROI.

• Promote Ondo’s visibility on partner platforms by working together on placements, creative assets, and copy that enhance discoverability and strengthen Ondo’s brand identity.

• Keep track of emerging RWA and DeFi trends to spot opportunities for new partnerships, market entry, and storytelling that align with Ondo’s growth narrative.

• Collaborate internally across product, legal, operations, and design teams to ensure compliance, brand alignment, and technical support for campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in growth and marketing within the crypto, fintech, or DeFi sectors.

• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex tokenized asset concepts.

• Strong understanding of on-chain data, KPIs, and performance analytics to guide strategy formulation.

• Comfortable navigating regulatory and compliance aspects (e.g., Reg S boundaries, geo-fencing, and partner eligibility).

• Highly organized with robust project management skills, adept at leading multiple cross-functional projects concurrently.

• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• Essential familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, tokenized assets, or RWA products.
