This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Growth Marketing Lead is a hands-on role focused on individual contributions. You will collaborate closely with our founders to identify and validate the acquisition channels that will drive Glacis's growth.
• Keep a prioritized list of growth hypotheses. Design lean and measurable experiments across various channels including outbound, content, events, partnerships, and referral strategies.
• Create data-driven lead lists using our GTM agent and Clay, and develop and refine cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences targeting leaders in supply chain, procurement, and operations.
• Experiment with content-driven acquisition methods such as LinkedIn outreach, short-form reports, thought leadership articles, and AEO/SEO-focused content.
• Transform insights gained from outbound responses, sales calls, and customer interactions into more precise messaging. Explore new positioning strategies and value propositions.
• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis to enhance efficiency and productivity—this includes generating and personalizing copy, creating lightweight landing pages, and automating enrichment and workflows using tools like Clay and n8n.
• Establish clear attribution and tracking for each experiment, and create visualizations in HubSpot and PostHog to clearly illustrate the performance of every initiative.
• You are naturally inclined towards small startups—you thrive in the early stages of development, aspire to become a founder one day (or have already been one), and excel in environments characterized by minimal structure and significant ownership.
• You possess 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in B2B growth or marketing, acquired in a US or EU-based SaaS or software startup with fewer than 30 employees.
• You have built or tested a growth strategy from the ground up—rather than inheriting one—and can provide concrete results to demonstrate your impact.
• You adopt an experimental approach: formulating hypotheses, designing clear tests, honestly measuring outcomes, and making decisions without waiting for perfect data.
• You are genuinely creative, consistently generating new ideas for channels, strategies, and approaches, and bringing innovative impulses to accelerate growth rather than merely optimizing existing methods.
• You are adept with AI technologies—tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, and n8n are integral to your workflow, significantly enhancing your productivity rather than being an occasional supplement.
• You understand B2B purchasing behavior, including how enterprise buyers assess software, the dynamics of outbound-driven sales cycles, and the fundamental differences between B2B and B2C or PLG growth.
• You are comfortable engaging directly with founders in a rapidly changing environment with little structure, taking ownership of results rather than merely activities.
• High Ownership & Real Impact: You will take full ownership of a key pipeline metric and play a direct role in how Glacis connects with the world’s largest manufacturers.
• Build the Playbook: You will join at a stage where you can define the growth function from scratch, determining what we test, how we conduct tests, and which strategies we scale.
• Work Directly With Founders: Experience short feedback loops, provide direct input into ICP and positioning, and participate in decision-making processes that occur within days.
