📋 Description

• Take charge of demand generation initiatives through email, paid media, organic channels, partnerships, and innovative AI-driven marketing strategies.

• Implement go-to-market strategies for new products and significant feature releases in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.

• Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, adoption, and retention.

• Craft engaging messaging, content, and sales enablement resources that simplify complex software for hotel operators.

• Manage marketing operations, including campaign execution, automation, reporting, experimentation, and optimization.

• Assess campaign performance and leverage data to enhance pipeline generation, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure marketing efforts are in line with the company's growth objectives.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance campaign execution, content development, analysis, and overall marketing efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, or a comparable B2B SaaS marketing position.

• Proven track record of creating integrated marketing campaigns that yield measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

• Experience in product launches and closely collaborating with Product and Sales teams.

• Exceptional communication skills with a strong aptitude for copywriting and messaging.

• Highly analytical, utilizing data to inform decisions and enhance marketing performance.

• Proficient in using marketing automation platforms and managing campaigns from strategy to execution.

• Open to integrating AI into daily workflows and applying sound judgment when evaluating AI-generated outputs.

• Inquisitive, collaborative, organized, and driven by business results in a dynamic SaaS environment.
