This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Paid Acquisition: Oversee our Facebook Ads and Google Ads initiatives from start to finish, which includes strategy formulation, creative direction, audience targeting, budget management, testing, and performance analysis against cost per lead and cost per enrollment objectives.
• Develop Marketing Systems: Create and execute automations, integrations, and internal tools that drive our marketing efforts, encompassing lead routing, reporting, and the connections between advertising platforms and our CRM.
• Measure Performance: Establish the necessary tracking, dashboards, and data pipelines to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising, the website, and the enrollment process.
• Create Landing Pages and Funnels: Design and refine landing pages, forms, and lead capture experiences tailored to specific campaigns and target audiences.
• Leverage AI Throughout the Function: Utilize LLMs and AI development tools to generate code, enhance ad creative, analyze performance metrics, and automate repetitive tasks across the marketing ecosystem.
• Manage the Numbers: Report regularly on pipeline, expenditure, and unit economics, providing well-informed recommendations on investment opportunities and areas for budget reduction.
• Engineering Applied to Marketing: You have utilized code, scripts, or automations to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including work related to landing pages, tracking, integrations, or workflow tools. You can articulate what you created, the rationale behind it, and the outcomes it achieved.
• Paid Media Ownership: You have directly managed Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts, made daily decisions regarding spending and creative assets, and can discuss specific performance metrics you have successfully improved.
• Marketing Stack Experience: Proficient in using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Segment, HubSpot, Zapier, or Make.
• AI-Forward Practice: You incorporate AI coding tools and large language models as integral components of your workflow. You are aware of their benefits, limitations, and effective integration strategies.
• Data and Analytics Fluency: You possess the ability to independently extract data, create dashboards, and analyze attribution, cost per lead, and payback durations.
• Owner Mentality: You are adept at being responsible for both the technical execution and campaign results, operating autonomously without needing others to define the strategy.
