Growth Marketing Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in managing the website utilizing Next.js, Vercel, and Sanity.

• Create landing pages for various campaigns, segments, and markets without needing developer assistance.

• Oversee the structure of Google Ads, including keywords, budget allocation, creatives, and conversion tracking.

• Handle LinkedIn advertising targeted at university management audiences.

• Develop and enhance funnels from landing pages and forms to lead handoff to HubSpot.

• Responsible for technical, content-related, and structural SEO.

• Implement Answer Engine Optimization for LLMs, focusing on entity clarity, citable content, topic clustering, and monitoring AI visibility.

• Design website screens, landing pages, ad creatives, sales materials, trade show displays, and social media content.

• Brief and manage external design services as necessary.

• Leverage AI for content pipelines, creative variations, research, localization, and tool automation.

• Lead the internationalization of marketing through localization, creation of market-specific landing pages, and multilingual campaigns for Southern Europe and Latin America.

• Report directly to management and take ownership of the marketing stack from day one.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in the described job profile.

• Proficiency with a contemporary web stack: React/Next.js, Git, and a headless CMS.

• Capability to read and write code confidently, even without being a developer.

• Strong design sensibility with the ability to implement designs autonomously using Figma, Canva, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with AI and the ability to utilize AI tools on a daily basis.

• Ability to work independently within a small team that lacks a marketing department.

• Openness to undertaking tasks that may require initial training.

• Excellent proficiency in German.

• Fluent in English.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Experience with HubSpot is an advantage.

• Background in the education or public sector is beneficial.
