This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of both organic and paid acquisition strategies across all available channels.
• Lead the acquisition of developers within communities such as Reddit, Hacker News, and through technical content.
• Manage the Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy and advocate for its integration during planning sessions.
• Identify and create go-to-market initiatives targeted at strategic Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Be responsible for the overarching key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the entire sales funnel.
• Experience in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
• Proven track record of establishing a PLG strategy.
• Proficient in designing product qualification frameworks, activation funnels, and transitioning from self-service to sales-led processes.
• Comfortable presenting metrics such as signups, activation rates, and conversion rates, along with the strategies that influence them.
• Familiarity with platforms like Reddit, Hacker News, developer communities, technical content, GitHub presence, and programs related to Developer Relations (DevRel).
