Growth Marketing, Digital Channels Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage the company's digital channels comprehensively, including ecommerce, social media, and online customer service channels.

• Design and implement growth strategies aimed at increasing sales, conversion rates, and profitability.

• Oversee and optimize ecommerce stores developed on Shopify.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns and performance actions.

• Supervise commercial interactions through WhatsApp and other digital channels.

• Develop and implement strategies for recovering abandoned carts and improving conversion rates.

• Analyze metrics, KPIs, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.

• Create, coordinate, and execute content for social media and digital platforms.

• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to align objectives and strategies.

• Identify new business opportunities and digital growth for various brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Ecommerce, or similar positions. Experience in the Retail sector, particularly with large clothing stores, will be highly valued.

• Experience managing Shopify stores.

• Knowledge of performance marketing, social media, and customer acquisition strategies.

• Experience with Paid Media, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest is essential.

• Experience in content generation and social media management.

• Familiarity with automation tools, artificial intelligence, and process optimization.

• Experience analyzing digital metrics and making data-driven decisions. Reporting skills will be valued.

• Ability to work independently and execute projects from start to finish.
