This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with client revenue objectives.
• Design and oversee integrated inbound and outbound campaigns to stimulate pipeline expansion.
• Construct and enhance full-funnel marketing journeys (awareness → acquisition → nurturing → conversion).
• Utilize marketing technology and AI tools to improve campaign performance and accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing on LinkedIn.
• Create high-converting lead magnets such as reports, guides, and industry insights.
• Execute account-based marketing and sales (ABM/ABMS) strategies aimed at key prospects.
• Develop and manage outbound prospecting campaigns and structured nurturing programs.
• Collaborate with Content Marketing to transform thought leadership into lead-generating assets.
• Partner with sales, recruitment, and business development teams to synchronize marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
• Work alongside internal subject matter experts and external marketing partners.
• Implement and oversee marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing initiatives.
• Optimize CRM systems, ensuring precise tracking and reporting of campaigns.
• Continuously enhance landing pages, funnels, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and pipeline contributions to foster ongoing improvement.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated success in creating scalable demand generation systems and promoting pipeline growth.
• Strong knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM/ABMS).
• Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of B2B buyer journeys and funnel optimization.
• Advanced analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
