Growth Manager – EdTech, French Fluent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and evaluate experiments (CRO & A/B Testing) — you manage tests from start to finish: including headlines, pricing, and offers.

• Develop funnels and resources (hands-on) — you outline and create funnels: Webflow landing pages, automations, and tracking configurations.

• Spot and eliminate friction — actively identify drop-off points throughout the user journey.

• Utilize AI — create prompt pipelines and lightweight automations; generate and refine creatives using AI.

• Analyze data — regularly utilize GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, and Clarity for insights.

• Support channels and growth loops — work with the team to experiment with new acquisition strategies and enhance growth loops.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Growth, CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, preferably in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital products.

• Proven work that you have developed and delivered: tests, landing pages, automations, audience segments.

• Daily engagement with AI to create efficiencies and tackle complex challenges.

• French: Native or bilingual proficiency.

• English: Fluent — capable of discussing intricate topics with English-speaking colleagues.
