Creator Growth Strategist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in scaling a personalized growth consulting program aimed at supporting small and medium-sized creators.

• Conduct one-time strategic growth consultations, equipping creators with clear, actionable steps to enhance their business on Patreon.

• Manage follow-up processes to ensure that the provided advice is implemented.

• Maintain a regular outreach schedule to keep the pipeline active.

• Contribute to piloting new formats for one-on-one support as the program expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a creator-facing, customer success, or small business advisory role, or equivalent experience.

• A history of successfully advising creators or small businesses on growth strategies, with measurable outcomes.

• The capability to quickly grasp a creator’s business and provide immediate, concrete recommendations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through; you will be responsible for tracking consultations, outreach, and follow-ups across an expanding pipeline.

• Strong presence in video calls along with a customer-success mindset; you treat every creator's growth as a personal achievement.

• Comfort in managing a high-volume calendar directly (including renegotiating conflicts) while ensuring each interaction feels personal rather than transactional.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving program, adapting to new formats as they are introduced.

• Proficiency with CRM and outreach tools (Salesforce, Airtable, or similar).
