Growth Lead, Consumer Fraud Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the top of the funnel for Chainabuse. Establish the baseline, set quarterly targets, and determine the channel mix (SEO, content, paid, social, community, email) to enhance the volume of vetted report submissions.

• Develop and manage partner integrations that direct reports from existing victim sources: exchange complaint flows, wallet provider scam detection, victim support advocacy organizations, and law enforcement referral pipelines. You will oversee partner discovery, scoping, legal review, integration specifications, launch, and post-launch reporting independently.

• Achieve success with scam-related queries on Google and AI search platforms (Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, Google AI Overviews). Leverage AI as the primary approach for content drafting, SEO topic generation, multilingual translation, partner outreach, and analytics summarization.

• Establish and uphold the victim-facing tone of voice. The audience consists of individuals who have recently been scammed and are emotionally affected; maintaining quality review across intake forms, emails, social media, and community interactions is a critical aspect of the role.

• Function as a solo team member: provide briefings to contractors and AI resources, eliminate ineffective strategies, focus on successful initiatives, and deliver clear reports to Marketing leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in growth marketing, including at least one role focused on scaling a consumer reporting, UGC-data, or community-data product with measurable outcomes.

• A public-facing portfolio showcasing your achievements: pages you developed, integrations you executed, communities you cultivated, or queries you successfully navigated.

• Proven fluency with AI. Proficient in using AI tools on a daily basis for content creation, research, outreach, translation, and analytics.

• Strong knowledge of SEO and content; comfortable using Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and the emerging GEO discipline (Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, Google AI Overviews citation trends).

• A history of successful partner integrations: experience managing exchange, platform, or advocacy organization integrations from start to finish without a BizDev function.

• Editorial acumen. Capable of crafting copy that resonates with a recently scammed audience without being condescending or alarming.

• Ability to operate effectively as a solo team member. Provides creative briefs, delivers quickly, and owns the metrics.

• Bonus: background in crypto, financial crime, fraud, or victim advocacy. Bonus: multilingual communication skills.
