Growth Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Leading a cross-functional performance marketing team with expertise.

• Taking responsibility for the evolution and scaling of the Meta channel.

• Analyzing relevant performance KPIs and deriving data-driven optimization strategies.

• Developing new testing methodologies for creatives, funnels, and campaigns.

• Collaborating closely with creative, design, video, and other marketing departments.

• Prioritizing projects and fostering a self-reliant and performance-oriented team culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads.

• Initial or extensive leadership experience, or the desire to advance as a seasoned Senior Performance Marketer.

• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brand environments—preferably with complex products.

• Strong understanding of relevant performance KPIs and a data-driven approach to work.

• Proven experience in developing and scaling successful paid social campaigns.

• Strategic thinking combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality.

• Enjoyment in cross-departmental collaboration and the development of teams.

• Excellent German language skills (C1/C2) and good English language skills.
