Growth Funnel Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee high-converting landing pages for various campaigns and client accounts.

• Design and enhance multi-step lead capture funnels aimed at increasing lead quality and conversion rates.

• Create landing page experiences that align with advertising messages, audience intent, and campaign objectives.

• Perform A/B testing on headlines, layouts, CTAs, forms, and user journeys to consistently enhance performance.

• Work in close collaboration with media buyers and creative teams to effectively launch campaigns.

• Monitor and report on essential conversion metrics.

• Analyze user behavior through tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics platforms.

• Construct and maintain pages using platforms such as GoHighLevel, Unbounce, Webflow, or similar tools.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance conversion performance across the entire funnel experience.

• Ensure that pages are mobile-responsive, quick-loading, and optimized for user experience and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English is a must.

• Over 3 years of experience in creating landing pages and conversion funnels for paid media campaigns.

• Demonstrated experience in improving conversion rates and optimizing lead generation funnels.

• A robust portfolio that highlights landing pages, funnels, and quantifiable campaign outcomes.

• In-depth knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and performance marketing.

• Ability to articulate the strategy and psychology behind page conversions, beyond just aesthetics.

• Experience with analytics and behavioral tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Heatmaps, etc.).

• Practical experience with landing page builders and CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Webflow, etc.).

• Strong grasp of lead qualification processes and multi-step conversion funnels.

• Capability to manage various projects and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
