Growth Fellow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Introduce Pickle into your environment—group chats, clubs, communities, workplaces, and social circles *(consider hosting a styling session, organizing a founder talk, curating a Pickle lookbook for an upcoming event, or encouraging your friends to start renting together)*

• Activate during significant occasions—date parties, trips, formals, nights out, weddings, and galas

• Promote downloads and initial rentals through word-of-mouth and social media

• Plan and host in-person activations (pop-ups, events, tabling, etc.)→ Growth Fellows: at least 1 per week→ Brand Ambassadors: at least 1 per month

• Serve as our eyes and ears—provide feedback, identify trends, and report on what’s happening in your community

• Resourceful self-starters with strong hustle and follow-through—you embody true startup energy

• Well-connected within your community, campus, or city, and enjoy uniting people

• Possess excellent taste and cultural insight—you’re aware of current trends and what excites others

• Communicate clearly and confidently, both online and in-person

• Organized, proactive, and capable of acting swiftly

• Passionate about Pickle and genuinely eager to contribute to our growth

• Available to commit approximately 8–10 hours per week for 3 months (Growth Fellow Track)

• Comfortable attending in-person events regularly to host pop-ups and activations

• Enthusiastic about hands-on execution, experimentation, and taking ownership

• Available to commit around 2–3 hours per week for approximately 1 month (Brand Ambassador Track)
