
Growth Engineer β Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee comprehensive growth initiatives (referrals, ambassadors, activation): design, create, launch, assess, and refine.
β’ Develop and implement A/B tests focusing on acquisition, activation, and retention.
β’ Create automations and custom integrations (APIs, scripts, no-code/low-code) independently from the product roadmap.
β’ Define, track, and evaluate essential metrics: MAUs, K-factor, CAC, LTV, referral rate.
β’ Examine funnels to pinpoint bottlenecks and uncover growth opportunities.
β’ Suggest and uphold an autonomous growth roadmap, sharing results with the team.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in growth engineering, product engineering, or roles that blend business and technology.
β’ Demonstrated experience in designing or executing referral, affiliate, or ambassador programs.
β’ Strong programming abilities (JavaScript, Python, or SQL) to develop solutions with minimal reliance on engineering.
β’ Proficiency in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar) and A/B testing methodologies.
β’ Understanding of growth methodologies (AARRR, growth loops, North Star Metric).
β’ Familiarity with marketing automation and no-code tools (Make, Zapier, Braze, CleverTap).
β’ High level of autonomy and a proactive approach in startup or scale-up settings.
β’ Preferred: Experience within fintech, remittance services, or financial applications.
β’ Experience in leading growth initiatives as an individual contributor (one-person growth team).
β’ Knowledge of REST APIs and business intelligence tools.
