This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• You will have a significant impact on our development.
• Paid campaigns - you will manage Meta Ads and Google Ads, testing creatives, target groups, and messages.
• You optimize for patient acquisition costs rather than clicks, with a real budget and freedom to experiment.
• Landing pages and conversion - you test CTAs, layouts, and conversion paths. A/B testing is a daily routine for you.
• You create pages that not only look appealing but also convert effectively.
• Social media and community - you will build VOY's presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• You have ready-made templates and a brand book from the UK, but we also welcome your ideas.
• New channels - influencer marketing, partnerships, content, email, forums, groups, and comments.
• Adaptation and localization - your role involves understanding what will work in Poland and why.
• Analysis and decision-making - you track metrics (CAC, conversions, engagement) and report on what works and what doesn't.
• AI and automation - we work with a full AI stack, utilizing Claude and other tools.
• 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing - D2C, e-commerce, startups, or performance agencies.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads - independently managing campaigns.
• Experience with landing pages - A/B testing CTAs, layouts, and conversion paths.
• Familiarity with GA4 and basic proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Ability to tailor content to our target client.
• Native Polish language skills and proficiency in English (for communication with the UK team).
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in daily work.
• A strong plus, but not a requirement: Experience in the health, wellness, fitness, or D2C industry.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma) or the use of AI for these tools.
• Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Management of social media with measurable results.
• Creation of short video formats (Reels, TikTok).
• Competitive remuneration on a B2B basis or a contract with the option to transition to full-time employment after the trial period, if both parties agree it is the best form of collaboration.
• Direct collaboration with the team in the UK - access to creatives, playbooks, and strategic support, so you won't be starting from scratch.
• Mentoring from individuals who scale our company and manage over 100 million in marketing budgets.
• Remote work with flexible hours; what matters is what you deliver, not when and where you sit at your desk.
• A genuine path to team management within 12-18 months, with your own team and budget.
