This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create paid-creative strategies, concepts, hooks, and visual directions for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and other growth channels.
• Design variations of ads, briefs for creators, landing pages, and website experiences that align acquisition promises with the patient journey.
• Enhance the visual branding of Legion Health across growth platforms, focusing on typography, layout, imagery, color, hierarchy, and trust signals.
• Simplify and map out key website journeys to assist patients in understanding Legion, determining its suitability for them, and converting.
• Transform campaign performance metrics, user feedback, and growth priorities into design hypotheses and experiments.
• Create reusable templates, components, and concise brand guidelines.
• Provide implementation-ready designs in Figma, and when beneficial, in Framer or Webflow.
• Work in collaboration with web and engineering teams throughout the launch and iteration processes.
• Employ AI tools during the stages of concepting, prototyping, production, and iteration.
• Collaborate with Consumer Growth, paid media, SEO, web implementation, and the founders of Legion.
• A strong portfolio showcasing attractive homepages or landing pages, intuitive web flows, and brand or growth creative.
• Exceptional visual craftsmanship in typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery, and brand systems, supported by sound UX judgment.
• Experience transforming audience insights or growth briefs into various creative concepts and testable variations.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with Framer, Webflow, motion graphics, creator or UGC briefs, or direct-response creative is advantageous.
• Comfort in utilizing qualitative feedback and quantitative performance data to enhance work quality.
• Proven experience using AI-native creative and design tools to boost speed, range, or quality of deliverables.
• Strong written communication skills, a humble approach, high accountability, and effective asynchronous collaboration.
• Experience in the healthcare sector or another trust-sensitive consumer category is beneficial.
• Availability that aligns with Pacific Time business hours.
• Capability to work around 15–25 hours weekly.
• Must hold independent-contractor status.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
• Approximately 15–25 hours per week, with the potential to increase during launches and significant site projects.
• Ongoing part-time contractual engagement.
• No equity, commissions, bonuses, or employee benefits included.
