Growth Creative Strategist – Media Buying, Creative Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create, initiate, and enhance campaigns from start to finish (beginning with Meta; expanding as necessary)

• Take charge of targeting, pacing, testing frameworks, and optimization strategies

• Analyze performance with speed and precision (identifying changes, reasons for changes, and next steps)

• Investigate audience motivations, objections, and factors that drive their decisions (including reviews, Reddit discussions, competitor advertisements, customer language, etc.)

• Formulate conversion-driven angles, hooks, messaging strategies, and testing plans

• Write (or provide substantial guidance on) direct-response hooks, scripts, headlines, and advertising copy across various formats (static, video, UGC, advertorial)

• Transform insights into concise, high-impact creative briefs that creators/designers/editors can implement efficiently

• Interpret key metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL, ROAS) and convert them into actionable insights

• Convey performance information clearly: “what occurred, its implications, and our next steps”

• Confidently present insights and recommendations during client calls


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in media buying (you’ve managed execution—not merely reviewed dashboards)

• A portfolio showcasing performance work you can articulate clearly (including results and rationale)

• Strong instincts for direct-response copy: hooks, benefits, CTAs, and positioning

• Solid understanding of testing logic and signals of creative performance

• Experience in B2B (lead quality, pipeline influence, extended sales cycles, varying persuasion dynamics)

• Clear and professional communication in English (both written and spoken)

• Ability to work asynchronously/remote with a sense of high ownership

• Bonus points for:

• Experience across multiple channels (Meta + Google + LinkedIn, etc.)

• Exposure to newsletters or the creator economy

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Ad Library for research purposes
