This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Practical experience in Media Buying
• Design, implement, and enhance campaigns from start to finish (initially on Meta; expand as necessary)
• Take charge of targeting, pacing, testing framework, and optimization strategies
• Analyze performance quickly and clearly (identify what changed, the reasons for change, and the next steps)
• Creative Strategy and Briefing
• Investigate audience motivations, objections, and what influences their decisions (including reviews, Reddit, competitor advertisements, customer language, etc.)
• Create conversion-driven angles, hooks, messaging structures, and testing plans
• Write (or guide extensively) direct-response hooks, scripts, headlines, and ad copy across various formats (static, video, UGC, advertorial)
• Transform insights into concise, impactful creative briefs that creators/designers/editors can implement efficiently
• Performance Narrative and Client Communication
• Interpret key metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL, ROAS) and convert them into actionable insights
• Convey performance clearly without jargon: “what occurred, its implications, and our next steps”
• Confidently present insights and recommendations during client calls
• Demonstrated hands-on media buying expertise (you’ve managed execution—not merely reviewed dashboards)
• A portfolio showcasing performance work that you can articulate clearly (including results and rationale)
• Strong instincts for direct-response copy: hooks, benefits, CTAs, and positioning
• Solid understanding of testing logic and indicators of creative performance
• B2B experience (lead quality, pipeline impact, extended sales cycles, and varied persuasion dynamics)
• Clear and professional communication in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work asynchronously and remotely with a high degree of ownership
• Bonus points
• Experience across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Familiarity with the newsletter/creator economy
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Ad Library for research purposes
