• Role Overview: The Growth Associate, GTM will spearhead Pearl’s regional growth strategies throughout LatAm. This role involves building community, forming strategic partnerships, distributing content via local channels, and relaying market insights back to the wider team. It is a highly autonomous, execution-driven position suited for individuals who excel in dynamic and independent work environments. You will manage multiple initiatives concurrently, act swiftly, and continuously refine strategies to enhance Pearl’s footprint in LatAm.
• Your Impact
• - Propel growth in candidate sign-ups and engagement within LatAm markets.
• - Establish a solid network of partnerships with universities, bootcamps, professional organizations, and community groups.
• - Supply actionable market intelligence to enhance campaigns, messaging, and local outreach strategies.
• - Boost visibility of Pearl’s brand in LatAm through events, content distribution, and community initiatives.
• - Fortify operational workflows and processes for the GTM team.
• Core Responsibilities (with percentage allocations) Partnerships and Network Building – 40%
• - Identify, pitch, and oversee partnerships with universities, bootcamps, and professional communities.
• - Represent Pearl at events, career fairs, and community venues throughout LatAm.
• - Sustain relationships with key local partners to guarantee a steady candidate flow.
• Growth and Candidate Marketing – 40%
• - Foster engagement for Pearl’s initiatives, including AI training programs, through local channels and networks.
• - Coordinate localized campaigns across LinkedIn, WhatsApp communities, Facebook groups, and local job boards.
• - Collaborate with the broader marketing and supply generation team to enhance referral programs and content initiatives.
• Market Intelligence and Reporting – 20%
• - Monitor outreach and campaign performance, offering insights to the broader team.
• - Report on market trends, community preferences, and candidate behaviors.
• - Suggest iterative improvements based on data and feedback from the region.
• Must-Haves (Required)
• - 1–3 years of experience in growth, partnerships, community engagement, marketing, or related fields with quantifiable outcomes.
• - Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• - Located in Mexico, Colombia, or another LatAm country.
• - Comfortable working entirely remotely with an asynchronous-first global team.
• - Strong connections within local professional communities and the capability to forge new relationships swiftly.
• - Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
