This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of client performance reporting by managing recurring reporting packages and performance-review materials for each client, leveraging data from the Performance Analytics function.

• Lead the performance narrative: convert gap identification, closure results, and program value into actionable materials for health plan or provider executives, ensuring clear distinctions that clients can rely on; submitted items are not considered closed, and immature cohorts will be identified as such.

• Make reporting actionable at the practice level by identifying which practices are converting, which require intervention, and outlining next steps, in collaboration with the analytics and clinical functions, ensuring that every performance review concludes with an action rather than just a summary.

• Foster growth by identifying and advocating for wallet-share expansion with current clients, including additional services, pathologies, and populations, supported by relevant materials.

• Collaborate with Covera's clinical team to gain insights into the clinical and economic pathways for each pathology highlighted by the program, defining appropriate care and its value, based on claims analysis or credible third-party studies, and incorporate this understanding into client materials to enhance growth discussions with clinical and economic significance.

• Develop a consistent, scalable reporting framework, including a stage-level funnel view from identification to closure, that remains robust as the client base expands, rather than customizing decks for each client, and maintain the standard that no definitive claims regarding a partner's results or future direction are included in external materials without that partner's consent.

• In your first 90 days: manage the live reporting calendar without interruptions, deliver the standard reporting package, establish reporting for newly onboarding clients, and present the first expansion business case in collaboration with program leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in transforming healthcare performance data into executive-level narratives: backgrounds in client success, consulting, health plan account management, or program reporting are all relevant.

• Familiarity with the reports that underpin the narrative: knowledge of claims-based analysis, eligibility data, and Medicare reporting such as MAO-004 or CDI, enabling you to comprehend the data, validate it, and articulate actionable insights, while the production of these reports is handled by the analytics team.

• Ability to craft pathology-level value narratives: understanding the clinical pathway, the economics of appropriate care, and the supporting evidence, developed in collaboration with clinical experts.

• Strong material development skills: you efficiently create clear, credible decks and documents, understanding the distinction between reporting data and conveying its meaning to clients.

• Commercial acumen: you identify expansion opportunities within a performance review and can effectively advocate for them.

• Habitually hypothesis-driven: you ask pertinent questions, form hypotheses, test them, verify outcomes, and iterate. We will inquire about your contributions, the changes that resulted, and any failures encountered.

• Proficiency in value-based care and Medicare programs sufficient to engage effectively with plan and provider stakeholders.

• Collaborative by nature: this role thrives on close collaboration with analytics, customer engagement, and clinical partners.

🏝️ Benefits

• Comprehensive medical plans - select from three options, including one that covers 100% of premiums for you and your dependents.

• Vision & Dental coverage.

• Hybrid Time Off Policy (Flexible Time Off (FTO) for exempt employees and Paid Time Off (PTO) for non-exempt employees).

• Sick days compliant with state law.

• 12 weeks of paid parental leave.

• 12 Fixed Holidays (company closure).

• 5 Covera Days.

• 401(k) Retirement Plan.

• Annual Professional Development Stipend to invest in courses, books, or any other professional development activities.

• Annual Wellness stipend for fitness, mental health, or other wellness-related expenses.
