Growth and Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Cultivate robust relationships with clients to become a reliable extension of their team.

• Collaborate with Growth and Creative Managers on client interactions, reporting, strategic discussions, and business evaluations.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of client objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

• Identify potential avenues beyond current activities that could enhance client results, including but not limited to creative, CRM, product, organic, measurement, and funnel optimization initiatives.

• Assist in defining additional projects and services that can yield significant business impact.

• Ensure clients consistently receive strategic, proactive, and commercially beneficial support.

• Conduct client meetings, kick-offs, and business reviews with assurance and professionalism.

• Serve as a central coordination point between clients and internal teams.

• Oversee retained relationships and one-off projects from planning through execution.

• Ensure that timelines, stakeholders, priorities, and deliverables remain in alignment.

• Monitor actions, dependencies, risks, and outcomes to keep projects progressing smoothly.

• Manage competing priorities to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.

• Guide internal teams through uncertainty and help create clarity, alignment, and momentum.

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the organization.

• Promote the adoption of new processes, frameworks, and working methods across teams.

• Advocate for the use of AI tools and workflows to boost productivity, communication, project delivery, and operational excellence.

• Assist the Partnerships Lead with proposal development, client research, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunity management.

• Aid in the creation of case studies, thought leadership content, event materials, and partnership communications.

• Support the planning and execution of client events, dinners, and community initiatives.

• Contribute to new business opportunities, pitches, and partnership discussions as needed.

• Enhance Aperture’s reputation and visibility through client success stories, strategic content, and partnership initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an in-house or client-facing agency marketing or project management role.

• Demonstrated success in a target-driven environment.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships across various teams and functions.

• Solid understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertising.

• Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, and DTC or app-based marketing.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients, projects, or priorities concurrently.
