Growth and Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and implementation of onboarding and continuous training programs.

• Develop engaging learning materials, job aids, guides, and digital resources.

• Employ adult learning principles to guarantee that training is practical, learner-centered, and readily applicable.

• Convert technical workflows into straightforward, user-friendly documentation and training content.

• Organize and maintain training assets on SharePoint and other internal platforms.

• Use Monday.com to oversee workflows, monitor projects, and establish automations to enhance team efficiencies.

• Utilize Salesforce data to aid recruiting, onboarding, reporting, and developmental efforts.

• Track training participation, feedback, and performance metrics to uncover areas for enhancement.

• Offer ongoing assistance to team members as they navigate systems, tools, and operational procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic understanding of the mortgage industry.

• Familiarity with foundational adult learning principles.

• Above-average technical skills with productivity and learning tools.

• Experience in converting systems or workflows into clear training materials.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Highly detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• 3–6 years of experience in mortgage, training, onboarding, enablement, or systems support roles.

• Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage or retail lending sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant practical experience will also be considered.
