This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of creating a unified source of truth for user attribution across all marketing channels where we invest.
• Your contributions will directly influence how we allocate each dollar of our marketing budget.
• You will manage the daily operations of user attribution, acquisition analytics, and the reporting that informs our marketing strategies.
• Construct the pipelines that track each acquired user from initial touchpoint → signup → first deposit → first contest entry → activated player.
• Write efficient SQL queries using Snowflake for attribution, cohort, and funnel analyses.
• Automate reporting for CAC, RPU, LTV, and payback periods across all acquisition channels.
• Foster curiosity about the performance of contests—not solely focused on user acquisition.
• 2–4 years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, or similar analytics-related positions.
• Strong foundational knowledge of SQL within a cloud warehouse environment (Snowflake is preferred).
• Practical experience with at least one of the following: a Customer Data Platform (CDP) like Segment, mParticle, or Rudderstack; an attribution platform such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Kochava; or a contemporary BI tool like Metabase, Looker, or Mode.
• Familiarity with Git and version control, or a strong eagerness to learn quickly.
• A solid understanding of statistics and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• A proven history of leveraging AI tools—particularly Claude—to enhance your work efficiency.
• A genuine interest in understanding the mechanics of attribution at a fundamental level.
• A sincere curiosity about the performance of games and contests, beyond merely how users are acquired.
