Growth AI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create designs for Growth campaigns (performance creatives, landing pages, ads, and social media content) that align with the brand.

• Identify bottlenecks in the current design workflow and suggest automation solutions.

• Implement generative AI workflows to expedite the production of materials while ensuring brand consistency.

• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to quickly translate growth hypotheses into testable materials.

• Measure the impact of the designs and iterate based on performance metrics.

• Document and systematize processes to scale the team without repetitive manual tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in design (Growth, Product, Brand, or Visual).

• Previous experience in fintech or startups.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and industry-standard design tools.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools applied to design, such as Midjourney, image/video generation, and AI plugins in Figma.

• Interest and experience in automation using tools like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar platforms.

• Growth-oriented mindset focused on the effectiveness of designs.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote team distributed across multiple countries.
