Group Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assists the Group Sales team by providing administrative support, preparing contracts, managing group bookings, maintaining CRM, and communicating with clients.

• Oversees a diverse range of group segments, including sports teams, weddings, corporate gatherings, and special events.

• Tasked with actively seeking out, generating new business prospects, and fostering strong client relationships.

• Cultivates and maintains strong connections with group booking clients.

• Develops proposals and pricing, negotiates contracts, rates, and concessions, all while ensuring maximum profitability.

• Collaborates with Operations and Event Services to guarantee the successful execution of group activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of experience in hospitality operations, inventory management, revenue management, reservations, property management systems, or group sales is preferred.

• Prior experience with vacation rental software, OTAs, or channel management platforms is preferred.

• Experience in inventory mapping, PMS configuration, or distribution management is highly desirable.
