This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +2 more states.
• Conduct an independent review and oversight function to implement effective Quality Control practices.
• Lead and facilitate the deployment of suitable risk frameworks.
• Provide oversight, insights, and recommendations aligned with the overall strategy and industry best practices.
• Address complex challenges and create innovative solutions.
• Convey intricate concepts and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical certification, along with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of risk management governance, programs, policies, practices, and operational frameworks.
• Familiarity with the risk management landscape, including standards, regulations, and mitigation strategies.
• Capability to establish goals and objectives that support the strategic plan.
• Proficiency in mentoring and coaching others.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software tools, data analysis techniques, and reporting methods.
• Competence in using MS Office applications.
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
• Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize tasks while adhering to multiple deadlines.
