This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Perform routine audits of all team members to guarantee care is delivered in line with Charlie Health best practices.
• Oversee a team of approximately 15 Mental Health Group Specialists, Crisis Specialists, and others, which includes scheduling one-on-one meetings, leading group supervision and treatment team sessions, and addressing asynchronous communication.
• Work closely with partner departments such as Care Strategy and Care Delivery to enhance both the workplace environment at Charlie Health and the quality of care provided.
• Track team client satisfaction and audit scores, offering feedback to team members when necessary.
• Analyze group data to guide strategic decision-making regarding team performance and group dynamics.
• Collaborate with Clinician Experience to ensure all Group Facilitators have access to high-quality training and educational resources from onboarding and throughout their careers at Charlie Health.
• Lead groups as necessary to provide needed coverage.
• Engage in regular leadership meetings and participate in strategic decision-making.
• Uphold and exemplify professional ethics, maintaining appropriate boundaries, confidentiality, and a consistent commitment to best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field is required.
• LCSW, LPC, or LMHC in Oregon is required.
• Experience working with a diverse range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adult clients.
• Experience in delivering group treatment is required.
• Flexible scheduling is essential to meet client needs, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am PST to 6:00 pm PST, and occasional Saturday coverage.
• A reliable WIFI connection is required.
• Familiarity with and willingness to utilize cloud-based communication tools—such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox—alongside EMR and outcomes survey software on a daily basis is required.
• Must be a licensed mental health professional.
• Experience in various modalities and confidence in integrating them into a relational treatment approach (DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, and MI) is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States and native or bilingual proficiency in English is necessary.
• Candidates must be based in Oregon.
