Group Product Manager – Platform Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, product strategy, success metrics, and investment priorities for Platform Experience.

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring clear ownership and robust product practices throughout the group.

• Create a cohesive, API-first and agentic-first developer experience across CLI, Terraform, SDKs, public APIs, documentation, and Nebius Echo.

• Minimize time-to-first-value and streamline the transition from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production by providing clear end-to-end journeys, actionable error messages, and effective guidance.

• Spearhead the advancement of capacity and quota management along with the resource model necessary for enterprise, partner, multi-region, and multi-tenant scenarios.

• Develop a consistent approach to customer-facing notifications and communications, encompassing maintenance, incidents, and multi-product events.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Experience, Go-To-Market (GTM), and product teams across Nebius.

• Direct the Platform Experience initiative within Nebius AI Cloud, coordinating roadmaps across interconnected product areas to achieve shared customer and business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, including a track record of leading and mentoring Product Managers.

• Proven experience managing a portfolio or product group that includes multiple technically intricate products and teams.

• Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, enterprise SaaS, or another technical B2B domain.

• Technical expertise to collaborate with engineering leaders on APIs, developer tooling, resource models, multi-tenancy, and distributed platform systems.

• Excellent product strategy, customer discovery, analytical, and executive stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with public APIs, infrastructure-as-code tools, developer documentation, or AI-enhanced developer experiences is a plus.

• Knowledge of GPU infrastructure, AI/ML workloads, or capacity-constrained cloud products is an added advantage.

• Must have the legal authorization to work in the country of application and provide proof of employment eligibility as a hiring condition.
