📋 Description

• The People Tech team serves as the core of our digital transformation strategy, centered around our greatest asset: our people.

• Our focus revolves around enhancing the employee journey and leveraging data intelligence, acting as the bridge between product strategy, business hypotheses, and scalable solutions.

• People Product Strategy: Develop the strategy for People digital products with a vision that spans short, medium, and long-term goals to enhance the value delivery of the People team.

• Roadmap Management and Ecosystem Evolution: Strategically manage the extensive systemic migrations slated for completion by 2028 while continuously evolving People themes and enhancing the employee experience.

• Promotion of the PM Builder & AI Mindset: Serve as an advocate for the integration of artificial intelligence tools within squads, nurturing a culture of rapid prototyping, creating MVPs, and validating hypotheses prior to large-scale development.

• Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional Alignment: Lead governance and the intricate management of senior stakeholders, actively working to rebuild and fortify the trust relationship between the People and Technology divisions.

• Orchestration of Critical and Complex Projects: Ensure both political and technical leadership on fronts like LIM OneStream (in direct collaboration with E&F and Finance Tech), mitigate risks with international vendors, and lead the inaugural corporate pilot of the RVV (Variable Compensation) process on the new HR technology stack.


⛳️ Requirements

• Leadership and Team Development: Proven experience in formal people leadership and developing teams with medium to high stakeholder exposure.

• Product Management Experience: A demonstrated history of successfully leading digital products, ideally in senior positions or managing/coordinating PMs (GPM or Senior PM).

• Experience in People Ecosystems / HR Tech: Familiarity with or prior experience in HR products and platforms, including compensation, benefits, or people data.

• Management of Large-scale Projects / Solid Migrations: Experience with intricate projects involving system transitions and migrations or the implementation of large ERPs/integrated platforms.

• Culture of Experimentation and Data: Practical experience with Product Discovery methodologies, prototyping frameworks, MVPs, and the strategic use of data (Analytics) for informed decision-making.

• Knowledge and Vision on AI: Proficient (user/evangelist level) understanding of how generative and market AI tools can enhance the software development process and product discovery.
