This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leads, mentors, and inspires a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts while cultivating a culture of collaboration and ongoing improvement.
• Sets clear expectations for the team’s application of AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing research, discovery, delivery, and post-release evaluation.
• Directs the application of AI-assisted research techniques (e.g., synthesis, summarization, trend analysis) to enhance the speed and depth of customer, market, and competitive insights.
• Ensures the team employs AI to aid in content and artifact generation, including product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, internal communications, and materials for stakeholders, all while upholding clarity, accuracy, and human judgment.
• Promotes rapid prototyping and experimentation utilizing AI-enabled tools to explore solution options, validate assumptions, and shorten learning cycles.
• Provides oversight for the team, ensuring alignment with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and related processes.
• Monitors and reports on product KPIs and business metrics to optimize the Product and ensure team and product efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develops and sustains profound expertise in the competitive landscape, including direct competitors, adjacent solutions, pricing strategies, and evolving marketing trends.
• Conducts research to identify emerging AI, data, market, and technology trends that influence the product roadmap and promote innovation and differentiation.
• Utilizes data, experimentation, and AI-driven insights to validate roadmap prioritization and proposed solution builds, ensuring that identified problems are significant and solutions provide measurable value.
• Translates commercial strategy and competitive insights into a clear product vision and roadmap priorities, defining and overseeing a prioritized roadmap for the team of Product Managers to create a unified strategic vision for product suites/modules.
• Investigates and identifies emerging market and technology needs to influence the market roadmap and foster innovation and differentiation.
• Leverages data to confirm roadmap prioritization and proposed solution builds, ensuring we are addressing the right problems with meaningful solutions.
• Advocates for the customer by actively engaging with clients to understand their pain points and issues that need resolution.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of team functionalities and solutions in accordance with departmental procedures.
• Communicates with other Product Managers and department leadership to ensure that roadmaps are complementary and non-conflicting.
• Works with key stakeholders, including but not limited to design, architecture, marketing, and business representatives.

• Conducts ongoing career development and performance evaluations for team members in addition to the annual performance and compensation review process.
• Bachelor’s Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven capacity to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• A solid understanding of software development lifecycle processes and technologies is essential.
• Prior experience in Risk Management and/or P&C Insurance is highly preferred.
