Group Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and guide a team of three product managers.

• Deliver a beta version by the third quarter.

• Manage complexities across the organization.

• Maintain consistency throughout the coaching experience.

• Establish and take ownership of success metrics.

• Contribute to the overall product organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role for PMs.

• Proven success in delivering products within cross-organizational settings.

• A strong passion for behavior change, health, wellness, or coaching-related products.

• Ability to navigate and understand technical complexities.

• Experience collaborating across different time zones and cultures.

• Outstanding written communication skills.

• Strong product judgment.

• An inquisitive mindset regarding the impact of AI on your field.
