Group Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision in alignment with company OKRs and the dynamics of the Open Finance ecosystem.

• Make decisions regarding the portfolio: allocate resources across products, set prioritization criteria across products, and escalate issues to the executive board as necessary.

• Recognize interdependencies, synergies, and conflicts within the company’s product offerings.

• Continuously track developments in the Open Finance ecosystem, including regulatory changes and both direct and indirect competitors.

• Assist in prioritization and positioning choices informed by current competitive analysis.

• Lead, develop, and assess the performance of the Product Managers under your guidance.

• Create career development pathways, offer one-on-one mentorship, and enhance the product culture within the team.

• Emphasize data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure effective communication of portfolio decisions and serve as the liaison with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in leadership roles overseeing Product Managers (not solely as an individual contributor).

• A documented history of developing talent, including designing career paths, mentoring, and fostering a strong product culture.

• A robust data-driven culture: experience with OKRs, North Star metrics, experiments, and consistent metric-based decision-making.

• Ability to communicate at an executive level, effectively distilling, narrating, and influencing both the board and commercial stakeholders.

• Practical application of AI within the product development process, supported by concrete examples and measurable outcomes.

• Ownership of strategic vision and roadmap: set direction and prioritize based on impact, rather than merely executing a backlog.
