This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with fellow Product leaders to define and communicate our comprehensive product vision, including contributing to and prioritizing EngagedMD’s product roadmap.
• Utilize AI to design and prototype innovative features.
• Employ data to guide investment choices and enhance feature effectiveness.
• Commercialize new features and product lines in alignment with revenue growth objectives.
• Work in partnership with Engineering and Design teams to improve product functionality.
• Lead and manage the user feedback lifecycle process.
• Oversee product integrations with other health technology firms and electronic medical record (EMR) partners.
• Lead, nurture, and develop a high-performing product management team.
• A minimum of 8 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in product management, preferably within healthtech or other SaaS environments.
• Proven track record as a successful product manager or group product manager.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven software development, including vibe coding, UI design, and prototyping.
• Established history of delivering customer-centric, data-driven products while driving roadmap strategy and investment choices.
• Strong technical knowledge of web-based applications, APIs (REST), databases (SQL), and version control systems for code repositories.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into easily understandable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers and partners.
• Experience in team building, with a strong commitment to mentorship, coaching, and team development.
