This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Define and take ownership of the multi-year product strategy for our payment solutions, ensuring alignment with EBANX's global goals and the dynamics of local markets;
β’ Convert business objectives into an engaging, prioritized roadmap that harmonizes short-term commercial achievements with long-term platform investments;
β’ Serve as the executive representative of South Cone LatAm payments product throughout the organization β facilitating alignment from C-level executives to cross-functional execution;
β’ Recognize emerging market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to proactively influence product direction;
β’ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, cultivating a culture of accountability, curiosity, and customer focus;
β’ Establish clear expectations, deliver ongoing coaching, and drive professional growth for each team member;
β’ Implement effective product practices across the team β including discovery, delivery, go-to-market, and performance evaluation;
β’ Collaborate closely with commercial, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing, and engineering departments to create scalable, compliant, and impactful solutions;
β’ Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for new payment methods and features β including pricing, positioning, enablement, and performance assessment;
β’ Act as the vital link between merchant feedback, local market insights, and global product strategy;
β’ Promote a thorough discovery process within the team β including competitive analysis, customer research, data-driven insights, and stakeholder contributions;
β’ Oversee comprehensive product lifecycle management from ideation and discovery to delivery, launch, and iteration;
β’ Ensure the team strikes a healthy balance between discovery initiatives, backlog quality, and delivery execution;
β’ Define and refine product metrics frameworks to gauge success and guide iterations at both team and portfolio levels;
β’ A proven history of leading product teams in payments, fintech, or high-growth technology sectors β demonstrating measurable business impact.
β’ Extensive knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Argentina and/or Latin America: including acquirers, issuers, schemes, APMs, PSPs, settlement, FX, and regulatory frameworks.
β’ Strong leadership capabilities β with experience in hiring, coaching, and developing product managers.
β’ Exceptional business insight: able to link product strategy to revenue, unit economics, and market positioning.
β’ Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across commercial, engineering, legal, and operations teams.
β’ Strong track record of functioning in global and multicultural organizations.
β’ Practical experience across the entire product lifecycle: from discovery and roadmap prioritization to delivery, go-to-market, and performance tracking.
β’ Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage.
