This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of your pod as its product manager, overseeing discovery, strategy, roadmap, delivery, and business outcomes.
• Conduct customer discovery and research involving clients, agency teams, and the wider market.
• Spearhead the discovery and implementation of integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, workflow productization, and associated customer-facing experiences.
• Mentor and manage two seasoned Product Managers through one-on-one sessions, goal setting, coaching, and constructive feedback.
• Identify and address overlaps and opportunities among pods by developing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Align pod teams, leadership, agency partners, and customers with a unified group strategy.
• Deliver comprehensive customer-facing and internal experiences, including enablement and change management initiatives.
• Define and evaluate success metrics at both pod and group levels.
• Assist in leading AI transformation across the product, design, and engineering teams.
• Establish product quality standards that balance creative intuition, data, and business objectives.
• Stay updated on AI and product trends, integrating relevant advancements into your work.
• Report directly to the VP of Product.
• Over 7 years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership of a pod or domain with measurable business impact.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI product management.
• A minimum of 2 years of formal people-management experience overseeing skilled product managers, with accountability for their performance, professional growth, and career development.
• Enjoy engaging in hands-on product management work as the primary focus of your role; you prefer a hybrid position that combines individual contributor and managerial responsibilities.
• Possess the technical depth necessary to work on integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization, along with a genuine enthusiasm for this type of work.
• Fluency in customer discovery and research: you engage directly with customers, ensuring that your product decisions are informed by their insights.
• Strong strategic and communication skills: capable of formulating a strategy, advocating for it, and maintaining alignment among executives, agency leaders, engineers, and your product management team.
• Proven history of aligning multiple teams or product areas around a cohesive product narrative and effectively identifying and resolving overlaps among them.
• Experience in small start-ups with fewer than 150 people.
• Background in productizing internal operations or developing workflow/integration products.
• Familiarity with tech-enabled services or hybrid product-service business models.
• Knowledge of the digital marketing domain (including strategy, metrics, and technology).
• Understanding of the real estate sector (e.g., rentals, multifamily, single family, etc.).
• Willingness to provide professional references during the hiring process.
