This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and coordinate the teams tasked with creating and sustaining product journeys;
• Establish the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals. Manage the entire product lifecycle: from ideation, research, prototyping, and development to launch and ongoing management;
• Serve as a strategic leader who can also engage deeply with the technical elements of the product, capable of discussing UX and usability best practices with design teams, participating in technical dialogues with engineering teams, and analyzing product metrics with data teams;
• Possess the ability to delegate and involve direct and indirect reports to achieve team objectives while staying closely informed about the work being accomplished;
• Forge and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic understanding of customer and market needs;
• Create OKRs and KPIs to evaluate product success, modifying strategies as needed to meet expected outcomes;
• Supervise the Product Managers across teams, offering essential career guidance for their development, with clear expectations and goals for each team member's advancement.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Group Product Manager, contributing individually to the successful delivery of products and features;
• Extensive experience in defining and monitoring product and business metrics and objectives;
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, with strong people management and influencing skills;
• Clear and effective communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders;
• Capability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, prioritizing initiatives with high impact;
• Experience in developing digital products in the financial sector.
• Nice-to-haves:
• Experience working within a fintech;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Practical experience in digital product development;
• Certification or training in the field (Tera, PM3, among others);
• University degree in accounting, administration, or related disciplines.
