This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Collaborate with the Council Chair to develop agendas for meetings.
• Lead consensus-driven decision-making during meetings and conference calls.
• Provide documentation for facilitated meetings.
• Work with trustees as needed to enhance meeting effectiveness.
• Attend all facilitated meetings in person unless otherwise agreed upon.
• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certification as a Professional Facilitator is preferred.
• Experience in facilitating discussions among tribal, state, and federal stakeholders is preferred.
• Familiarity with environmental law, especially regarding natural resource damage assessment (NRDA).
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
