Group Leader I, CEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of 5–7 business units within the CORA Group.

• Foster growth, operational excellence, and product innovation throughout your group.

• Provide coaching to Presidents (Business Unit Leaders) and implement best practices.

• Assist with due diligence and integration processes for new acquisitions.

• Advise leaders on practical AI/ML applications that enhance product value or internal efficiency.

• Establish long-term growth strategies, operational KPIs, and innovation prospects.

• Guide business unit leaders and their teams to adopt best practices.

• Track and promote recurring revenue growth, profitability, churn/net retention, and customer satisfaction.

• Serve as Integration Manager for newly acquired entities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the software industry, preferably in vertical SaaS.

• Demonstrated success in scaling multiple businesses — both organically and via M&A integration.

• Strong capabilities in leadership and people development.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment with a focus on execution.

• Financial proficiency with experience managing P&L.

• Experience in guiding teams to identify or assess AI/automation opportunities is a valuable asset (not mandatory).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or relevant advanced education is preferred.
