Group Health CSR Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The CSR Supervisor is tasked with overseeing various elements of the medical file review process, including intake, turnaround time, and the management of the Customer Service Representative team.

• Supervise the File Review to guarantee that cases are accurately documented and processed in a timely manner.

• Offer guidance on cases that involve questions regarding assignment and process management.

• Perform monthly audits on staff to verify that objectives are achieved and to provide coaching or training as necessary.

• Assist in resolving issues that are brought to the supervisor's attention.

• Train new team members on case workflows, processes, and client-specific requirements.

• Hold one-on-one meetings with staff for progress discussions and to deliver feedback.

• Engage in writing initial and annual performance reviews for staff members and may contribute to the hiring and termination processes.

• Regularly update clients regarding cases that are in progress.

• Address client inquiries concerning referral information to ensure accurate documentation and information is relayed to the assigned reviewer.

• Ensure that proper documentation for complex cases is provided to the client.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Experience in supervising or managing teams is essential.

• Prior business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance environment is preferred.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with a solid understanding of company business lines.

• Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time effectively, and meet specific deadlines.

• Proficiency in computer skills and typing is crucial.
