This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Group Facilitation (structured and consistent hours): Utilizing a proven curriculum, you will lead structured social skills groups for adolescents aged 13–17 through Zoom.
• Work with small groups of 10–12 teens, many of whom may be autistic and/or have ADHD.
• Conduct sessions using fully prepared PowerPoint presentations and detailed scripts.
• Assign and monitor weekly phone practice calls.
• Track attendance and maintain session notes.
• Marketing & Enrolment Coordination (flexible hours): Implement marketing campaigns through social media, email, and blog content.
• Create and schedule social media posts.
• Monitor website inquiry forms and respond professionally to parents.
• Conduct discovery calls with parents.
• Manage enrolment workflows and automation processes in GoHighLevel.
• Process invoices and keep enrolment spreadsheets updated.
• Update website content using Squarespace.
• Administration (flexible hours): Complete self-paced training.
• Support high-volume enrolments.
• Dive deep into session materials and preparation.
• Enhance systems and workflows.
• A completed undergraduate degree in education, psychology, social work, speech pathology, occupational therapy, or counselling is ESSENTIAL.
• A background in counselling, teaching, training, tutoring, ESL, or youth and adult education is essential.
• Experience in marketing, social media, or digital marketing is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills are crucial for parent communication.
• Must be warm, patient, and encouraging towards teenagers.
• Highly organized and oriented towards systems.
• Comfortable working independently and adept at problem-solving.
• Tech-savvy with confidence in learning new platforms.
• Working knowledge of Zoom is required.
• Familiarity with Trello is necessary.
• Understanding of CRM systems; experience with GoHighLevel is a bonus.
