This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as Rains' leading expert on the constantly evolving paid social landscape.
• Create paid social strategies that align with client business goals rather than merely focusing on platform tactics.
• Specify the function of paid social within comprehensive omnichannel media plans.
• Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of paid social specialists.
• Contribute to Rains' thought leadership, business development initiatives, and the advancement of paid social products.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior marketing executives and client stakeholders.
• Deliver executive-level presentations with clarity and credibility.
• Actively engage in campaign execution to diagnose, guide, and enhance performance.
• Set and maintain top-tier activation standards throughout the paid social team.
• Advocate for creativity as a crucial factor in driving paid social performance.
• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to generate social-first concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8-10 years of experience, blending hands-on expertise with managerial skills.
• Knowledge of platform and publisher relationships, data targeting capabilities, buying types, and optimal strategies for activating paid social media.
• Comprehensive understanding of and connections with all major social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, Snap, etc.
• Expertise in measurement, trafficking, reporting, and crafting campaign performance insights through data evaluation.
• Capability to analyze performance data sets, pinpoint critical narratives, and communicate findings both internally and externally.
• A collaborative mindset coupled with a genuine interest in mentoring and managing team members.
• A strong enthusiasm for ad tech, digital trends, and innovation.
• Excellent project management abilities and a keen attention to detail.
