This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the implementation of essential and advanced Experience Strategy deliverables, which include Website/IVA Strategy, Omnichannel Plan, Content Plan, and related recommendations.
• Comprehend end-user requirements, delve into user flows to minimize friction, and pinpoint emotional connection points while ensuring maximum accessibility and inclusivity.
• Ensure consistency with the overarching brand strategy and produce tactical briefs and implementation documentation for program execution.
• Assess omnichannel maturity and facilitate transformation and modular readiness across various brands.
• Examine qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights, translating them into compelling, data-driven narratives and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Assist the manager and Experience Strategy leadership with organic growth and new business initiatives.
• Work in conjunction with senior leadership to define and create new, innovative deliverables that enhance client success and foster agency growth.
• Exhibit a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by engaging in continuous development, demonstrating inclusive behaviors, and actively managing bias. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Omnichannel Strategy, Experience Strategy, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
• Experience in Oncology is essential due to client requirements.
• Background in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare Marketing sectors.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for clearly articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in developing omnichannel experiences in pharmaceuticals for HCPs and patients/caregivers.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in leveraging data and customer research to guide strategic choices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital collaboration and journey mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Mural, Airtable).
• Basic understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, etc.).
• Skilled in utilizing AI systems and frameworks.
