This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Lead and develop the comprehensive Commercial Growth function across the organization.
β’ Create frameworks for commercial growth that encompass customer segmentation, value-driven selling, upselling/cross-selling strategies, and account expansion plans.
β’ Collaborate with portfolio leaders to pinpoint organic revenue opportunities and transform them into quantifiable growth initiatives.
β’ Introduce performance dashboards, operational playbooks, and benchmarks for commercial success throughout the organization.
β’ Oversee the pricing strategy for the group, ensuring that pricing models are contemporary, data-informed, and aligned with value generation.
β’ Conduct strategic pricing reviews for both acquisitions and core business segments.
β’ Develop adaptable pricing models, discount structures, and monetization strategies.
β’ Integrate pricing governance across various contracts and markets.
β’ Perform commercial health assessments that evaluate pricing maturity, sales processes, packaging, and product-market alignment.
β’ Implement targeted commercial interventions as necessary.
β’ Assist leaders with strategic bids, contract renewals, competitive positioning, and customer value propositions.
β’ Facilitate training sessions on commercial practices, share best practices, and enhance capabilities.
β’ Execute commercial analytics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), price realization, churn, retention, and cohort analysis.
β’ Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms for the Group CEO and board.
β’ Ensure that decisions are informed by data, market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
β’ Extensive senior leadership experience in commercial strategy, revenue optimization, or pricing leadership, preferably within multi-business or private-equity settings.
β’ Proven track record in building and scaling high-performing commercial or pricing teams.
β’ Strong foundation in pricing science, margin management, and value-based pricing methodologies.
β’ Highly analytical with a robust understanding of financial principles.
β’ Ability to influence at the executive level and work effectively across diverse business cultures.
β’ Experience in software, technology, or service organizations is preferred.
