📋 Description

• Focus on client-centered design by developing and promoting multi-year growth strategies throughout your portfolio; ensure executive alignment on ambitions, investments, and a practical change roadmap while navigating competing incentives and complex political landscapes.

• Foster strong, trustworthy relationships within the stakeholder ecosystem (including C-suite); spearhead strategic client interactions and formal cross-functional account reviews that translate insights into actionable decisions, analyze churn causes, and implement preventative measures.

• Supervise and enhance integrated planning across various accounts to ensure consistency, strategic alignment, and alignment with business and portfolio objectives; standardize planning frameworks (audience strategy, channel mix, investment scenarios, pacing) and engage Strategic Planning for cross-brand/multi-market, long-lead inventory, or complex governance requirements.

• Evaluate, strengthen, and rigorously assess Director-level plans - refine investment levels, channel roles, forecasting assumptions, and trade-offs - and collaborate closely with Analytics/Econometrics, Channel teams, and Creative to ensure feasibility and alignment in measurement.

• Lead or co-present senior-level planning presentations and significant pitches with Biz Dev and your VP, crafting the narrative, solution, and value proposition to be clear, defensible, and in line with leadership expectations.

• Advocate for the Bliss Point App Suite and a product-focused operating model; establish standards for portfolio adoption, quality, and usage linked to retention, cross-selling, and efficiency.

• Manage the feedback mechanism with Product: consolidate client requirements, prioritize systemic challenges, champion automation/operating model enhancements that free up capacity for higher-value work, and influence the roadmap alongside your VP and Product leaders.

• Mentor leaders to utilize App Suite insights in executive discussions; institutionalize narrative quality (what, so what, now what) across teams.

• Challenge and refine measurement methodologies (e.g., MMM, incrementality, attribution) for your clients; secure executive alignment on investment propositions, risk/return profiles, and clear success metrics.

• Make analytics and planning accessible and repeatable across accounts: establish consistent goals by objective, a shared rhythm for readouts, and straightforward documentation of assumptions, risks, and decisions to ensure insights lead to actionable outcomes.

• Oversee urgent data and measurement escalations; guarantee robust QA governance; collaborate with Analytics/Econometrics leadership to advance methodologies and enhance leadership capabilities.

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of pertinent commerce media platforms, proactively educating clients and internal colleagues on updates and advantages.

• Apply expert-level, measurement-guided strategies across channels (including owned/earned), orchestrating interdependencies to optimize the overall mix; merge strategy, product, and measurement into a cohesive, accessible narrative.

• Demonstrate innovative thought leadership within your vertical/channel and the broader commerce media landscape, propelling agency best practices and contributing insights both internally and externally.

• Lead client education initiatives to enhance measurement, product, and channel literacy; establish portfolio-wide best practices that leaders can implement.

• Utilize inventory/economic models across channels to inform executive trade-offs (e.g., scale vs. efficiency) and prioritize strategic investments.

• Actively assess and diagnose omnichannel improvement opportunities.

• Promote meritocracy and accountability; cultivate a high-trust leadership culture that thrives amid ambiguity and change.

• Shape cross-sell and portfolio growth strategies; lead strategic initiatives; sponsor transformational projects (e.g., transition to new measurement frameworks, operating model shifts) that enhance client and business outcomes.

• Forge lasting partnerships with Product, Analytics, Finance, and I&G to eliminate systemic friction and accelerate impact; collaborate with centralized Ops/Finance to ensure delivery quality, pricing/SOW precision, staffing/capacity alignment, and forecast reliability.

• Develop and expand a robust leadership pipeline; ensure succession readiness and ongoing engagement.

• Hold senior leaders accountable for performance, values, and strategic talent development; lead complex change while maintaining clarity amid ambiguity.

• Cultivate and reinforce a leadership culture that values trust, clarity, and ownership; represent the talent strategy in senior forums and influence organization-wide leadership practices.

• Instill a product-led mindset within teams; hold leaders accountable for implementation, stewardship, and adoption.
