Group Contracting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of both the operational and strategic management of Finni Health's payer network.

• Ensure that providers effectively join and stay within the network of commercial and Medicaid payers.

• Create and implement strategies aimed at expanding and optimizing Finni's payer network.

• Lead and mentor the team responsible for payer enrollment, contracting operations, and ongoing network maintenance.

• Supervise revalidation, recredentialing, roster management, demographic updates, and continuous payer maintenance activities.

• Evaluate operational data to uncover trends, enhance workflows, and facilitate strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare operations, payer operations, network management, revenue cycle operations, credentialing, provider enrollment, or a similar healthcare role.

• Proven experience working with commercial and Medicaid payers is a must.

• Strongly preferred experience in payer contracting, provider enrollment, revalidation, and network maintenance.

• Preferred background in behavioral health, ABA, mental health, healthcare services, or healthcare technology.

• Previous experience in people management is preferred.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth company is an advantage.
