This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Develop and oversee precise sales, production, and operational goals informed by historical data, market trends, and business forecasts.
β’ Maintain accurate promotional planning and expenditure information across our planning tools. Ensure that contracts and submissions are current and effectively tracked. Assist with post-promotional analysis to maximize ROI on trade strategies.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment regarding targets, timelines, strategies, and resource allocation.
β’ Analyze performance metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics.
β’ Provide essential customer support functions to ensure optimal sales and revenue generation.
β’ Oversee the entry and management of promotional plans within customer portals.
β’ Ensure accurate item setup in retail customer systems, including specifications and content.
β’ Lead communications with customers regarding updates to purchase orders or product availability.
β’ Ideally located in Pennsylvania or within the NE/Mid-Atlantic regions.
β’ 5+ years of experience in customer planning and/or retailer account management within the CPG industry.
β’ Experience at Ahold headquarters would be advantageous for this position.
β’ Proficiency in creating presentations, extracting data insights, and presenting findings to leadership teams.
β’ Familiarity with Anaplan (or a similar forecasting tool), Syndigo/1World Sync, and new item setup at Ahold, Meijer, Giant Eagle, Wegmanβs, or comparable retail customers.
