Greek/Albanian to English OPI/VRI Interpretation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be prepared to take notes during calls.

• Possess knowledge of specific terminology related to the healthcare and medical sectors.

• Accurately convey all messages in their entirety, without adding, omitting, or altering any content.

• Deliver the highest standard of customer service during interpretation sessions.

• Proficient in both Greek and Albanian languages.

• Hold a professional certification in interpretation.

• Possess strong technical expertise for remote work setup (including specific hardware and software requirements).

• Must adhere to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Capable of working during business hours as well as weekends.
