GRC Analyst I, SOC 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of SOC 2 examinations, readiness assessments, HIPAA engagements, and various compliance-related projects.

• Observe, document, and evaluate controls associated with:

• - Risk Management

• - Vendor Management

• - Security Awareness Training

• - Human Resources Processes

• - Physical Security

• - Asset Management

• - Business Continuity

• - Policy Governance

• Review organizational policies, procedures, and relevant documentation.

• Assess the design and operational efficacy of controls.

• Evaluate compliance with relevant frameworks and industry standards.

• Document business processes and control activities.

• Identify control weaknesses, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Aid in the formulation of remediation suggestions.

• Support readiness assessments and compliance gap evaluations.

• Conduct walkthroughs with client personnel to gain insights into business operations and compliance processes.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.

• Professionally communicate findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate effectively with engagement teams and client stakeholders.

• Assist clients in grasping compliance requirements and best practices.

• Familiarity with:

• Educational and Certification Preferences:

• - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• - CRISC

• - CISA

• - ISC2 CC

• - Internal Audit certifications
