This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of packaging graphics projects, encompassing innovation, redesigns, line extensions, and maintenance efforts.
• Effectively manage and relay artwork project timelines, priorities, and status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate across functions to define the scope of artwork projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Track milestones and proactively identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure that artwork is produced on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Supervise the development of artwork from the initial design concept to production-ready files.
• Facilitate the design development process while confirming that the creative vision is achievable for print production.
• Lead the routing, proofing, revisions, and final approval processes among stakeholders.
• Coordinate design adaptations across various structures, SKUs, and substrates.
• Ensure all packaging content is accurate and meets regulatory compliance in collaboration with FSQA before release.
• Serve as the primary contact point among Marketing, Brand, R&D, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and external partners.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with the creative team, design agencies, printers, and suppliers.
• Assist in pre-production activities, including design feasibility, printability, and alignment with supplier capabilities.
• Oversee proofing, color approvals, and the final release for printing.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7+ years of experience in project management, packaging graphics, or artwork production.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, retail, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Required experience with premedia suppliers, packaging design, production art, prepress, and print production workflows.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and foster alignment.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Experience with project and artwork management software and workflow tools (e.g., online proofing systems).
